Step 6: Enter the command prompt by pressing the Windows key + X and the run it as an Administrator. Enter the command ‘ipconfig/flushdns’.

This is going to solve the issue for Windows Firewall. If you have any third party antivirus installed then you might need to uninstall them manually. This might seem like a lot but in most of the cases, this does tend to solve the issue.
Solution 4: Automated Proxy Settings
