Women’s 10m Platform Diving Olympic 2021 Results

The women’s 10-meter platform diving competition, which has been conducted at every Olympic Games.

Since the 1912 Summer Olympics, took place on August 4 and 5, 2021, at the Tokyo Aquatics Center.  It was the event’s 25th appearance.

Each dive must come from a different one of the six groups in each round of five dives (forward, back, reverse, inward, twisting, and armstand).

The People’s Republic of China’s QUAN Hongchan lit up the 10m platform final with three 10s in a diving competition for the ages.

The flawless Quan, who was only 14 years old, scarcely made a sound when she won with a score of 466.20.

With a score of 425.40, CHEN Yuxi, her teammate, took the silver medal. Melissa Wu, an Australian, finished third with a score of 371.40.

But Quan won the championship, thrilling and awe-inspiring the crowd to win a diving gold that will never be forgotten.

At just 13 years old, Quan won the 2020 national championships. Quan performed two dives that the judges unanimously rated as 10.

And a third dive that received a 10 when two judges’ scores were subtracted.

Young diver who has just recently made a name for himself delivered an amazing performance that will undoubtedly go down as one of the memorable moments of the Olympics.

At the Tokyo Aquatics Centre, Quan had quite the international debut, dominating the diving pool for the duration of the tournament. Her medal looked enormous on her 143 cm (4’8″ ft) body.
