Yolanda Saldvar: Where Is She Now?

For the time being, Yolanda is still housed in the Mountain View Unit of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice’s Gatesville Maximum Security Women’s Prison.

She will have to wait until she is 65 before she can apply for parole. According to ABC 13, the article mentions the possibility that Selena’s parole could be reviewed 30 years after her death.

Prosecutors claim that Selena confronted Yolanda about embezzlement charges including money stolen from the fan club and boutiques before she was shot and died.
