The Quickest Way to Acquire Clay
With only the four primary elements, the user can simply create clay by combining them in four different pairs:
- They have to start by making mud by mixing dirt and water.
- And second, they have to start using earth once more by mixing it with fire to make lava.
- After gathering enough lava, they must use air to cool it down to make stone. Keep in mind that using water to cool it down will produce steam instead, which is unnecessary in this case.

Applications of Clay
Bricks are the most obvious product to manufacture from clay. Bricks can be created by the player by using clay and heat. When you put two bricks together, you have a wall, and when you put two walls together, you have a home.
The use of clay to create representations of living entities is a common mythological motif. This is reflected in several of the recipes in Little Alchemy 2. A golem, for instance, can be fashioned by the player by combining clay and some sort of tale. Mixing clay with the idea of life is one of the human recipes.
